ORDER & DELIVERY
All orders are binding. Immediately after receiving, the order will be processed and will leave our stock room by mail in 1 – 5 working days.
DELIVERY COSTS SWITZERLAND/LIECHTENSTEIN
We offer flat-rate shipping, 2 – 5 working days within Switzerland and Liechtenstein, and free shipping for orders over CHF 199. The customer will pay for delivery costs for returns.

FINAL CLAUSE & COURT OF JURISDICTION
Should one or more rules of these general conditions be ineffective, it does not mean that the whole contract is ineffective. The ineffective rule will be replaced with the relevant legal rule. Court of Jurisdiction: Court of Jurisdiction is Zurich under Swiss law.
CHANGE
We reserve, at our sole discretion, the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
